The Yoga Instruction offered draws from the yoga traditions of
Krishnamacharya. A yoga practice specific to your needs, aptitudes,
and health emphasizes building strength, flexibility, balance, and form
through the flow of breath.
Synchronization of breath and movement brings ease and openness
to the body and calm and stability to the mind. Mindfulness in motion
and in practice
is encouraged and strengthened.
Availability
Private, semi-private, and group yoga instruction are available.
